I've registered the 48 sim and it's the mobile data as 4g+ but I need 5G or 5g+ what might be the issue

What make and model of phone is it?

Are you sure that it's 5G capable?

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Are you still using the free introductory 1 GB of mobile data?

If so then that only supports 4G.

After you buy your first monthly membership plan you'll have access to 5G if your phone is capable of 5G.

"I have a Samsung Galaxy S23, I'm on the €12.99 5G plan (currently showing the €9.99 promotional price), and my phone is set to 5G/LTE/3G/2G. I'm in Dublin 7, Cabra, but I'm only getting 4G+. Please check whether 5G is provisioned/enabled on my SIM/account."

5G isn't provisioned/enabled at the account level.

All recent 48 SIMs are 5G capable and you'll get it if the phone is capable of it, the APN settings are configured correctly, and the €12.99 5G plan is being used.
