I went on to buy my monthly plan and they took an extra month off me i kept applyikg because its saod something went wrong and i thought it was my connection but no seriously this happened before

Still text saying I need to Renee my plan when I should not be paying for my next plan when it was taking off me

You didn't clarify the details that I asked about there.

Are you sure that the second €12.99 (?) charge wasn't the one-time activation fee payable on purchase of your first monthly membership plan?

Did you contact 48 support for assistance in the two months since this issue arose?

Only they will be able to deal with refund matters if applicable.

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

You need to contact them directly yourself.
