Reporting Mast Issues

Hi,

How do I go about reporting an issue with the below Mast, I know of 4 users on 48 with the same issue and are either living near this mast or passing by it. The symptoms are internet blackout, on the phones it would appear with the normal mobile phone signal with an exlamation mark on or beside it. this issue is with both 4G and 5G

mast is right next to Eircode F23 E766

Thank you, I assumed they would pick it up on this thread or have someone monitoring as its a forum on their own site. Either way I have sent them an email so hopefully they will look in to it.

48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
