my sim isnt working like its not allowing me to connect my personal hotspot nor its not detecting my moblie service i done everything i could and its saying no sim when my sim is clearing in my iphone

If your SIM is damaged as you originally said then you'll need to order a replacement.

When was it working ok last?

What changed in the meantime?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Was your iPhone ever working with the 48 SIM?

If not then it's possible that it needs to go through the stupid Apple iPhone activation process.

This involves the phone silently sending an SMS message to a UK activation server.

And this will fail silently if it can't do this because you don't have an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for the international text message.

So you might want to ensure that you have an active membership plan and, say, €1 cash credit on your account.

Then switch the phone off and on again, wait a little while and see if it starts working.

If it doesn't then what exactly works/doesn't work?

Connection to the 48 network - i e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data?

For mobile data to work you need to have your APN settings configured correctly.

To use a hotspot on 48...

First make sure that you have an active membership plan, your APN settings are configured correctly, and mobile data works for web browsing and connected apps.
