I bought the plan while still having 21 days of regular data after using all of my roaming data. Why do I still not have Romaning data?

What country are you roaming in?

Was roaming data working ok before this?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your membership plan status, expiry date and roaming data allowance balance?

You may have to check the app rather than the website for that.

Have you used up your roaming data allowance before the membership plan month is up?

If so then you'll need to buy a mobile data add-on if you want to continue using roaming data for the remainder of the membership plan month.

Can I buy extra Data for EU/UK roaming?

Buying a new membership plan is no use in this situation.

Membership plans always run their full monthly course and can't be ended and a new plan started early.
