Recently I port my number from Lyca to 48. And now I’m not getting signals

When was everything working ok last?

Do you have an active membership plan?

What exactly do you mean by "Mobile network is not working" and "not getting signals"?

What exactly is/isn't working now?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data?

If you have no signal bars then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens?

Any error messages?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

What happens when you try to make a call?

Any error messages?
