4G not working properly

Over the last few weeks 4G has been a disaster both on my phone and my wife’s phone. I have updated my internet settings with customer care. But the issue is still there. One minute it’s ok and other times it’s non existent. 3G seems constant just a little bit slower.
Just wondering if anyone has the same issue?
Also I got customer care to check coverage in my area but they reported no issues.

Where are you located?

Do you know anyone else in the same area who you can check with to see what their experience is?

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone with the APN settings configured correctly to see what happens there?

Maybe you could try a replacement SIM in case your existing SIM has become faulty?

Hi,
Thanks for reply. I will give your suggestions ago and let you know how I get on. I am located in Bantry in West Cork.
It’s just strange that my wife’s phone is doing the same thing . We are both on 48.
