Renewal error

My mobile data wouldn’t work so I tried to get 1gb(€3) worth of data but now it’s saying bundle in progress and my mobile data still won’t work it’s been like this since roughly 9:13am and it’s now 9:51. Anyone know what to do or how to cancel the 1gb add on?

When was mobile data working ok for you last?

How did your mobile data run out?

The €12.99 plan comes with unlimited Irish mobile data.

Are you on one of the cheaper legacy plans with a mobile data allowance limit or something?

Hi, I’ve already emailed My48 support about the issue, and it’s showing as “bundle in progress” on my plan. I tried to get 1GB as a carry-on so I could put more money on my card, because I had no internet at the time. My credit then ran out like normal, and I’m currently on the €10 plan. I’m just trying to get the bundle sorted/cancelled so I can get my data working again. Thanks.

This is also confusing:

I was on a 9.99 euro plan what I meant by the 1gb is there was a thing to put on a carry on and I thaught it would give me 1gb of credit but it took the money and it says bundle in progress and now it won’t let me cancel it and get back the 3 euro to buy the 12.99 plan what I mean by my card is (Mastercard). I’ve contacted my48 many times but they aren’t helping.

If you're not happy with the customer support then you could consider making a formal complaint.
