Mani boys from my account 7.99 and 7.99 at all I don’t know what’s wrong. I need this recharge as soon as possible. I’m at work.

Transaction €7.99 and twice has been deducted from my account about 15 minutes ago, but I can’t still not recharged it still says balance not recharged. I don’t know what’s the problem would you please have a look and fix it?

What exactly does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status?

Where exactly is it saying "balance not recharged -?

What exactly is/isn't working?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data?

When was everything working ok last?
