No Internet and cant call

Yesterday I transferred to 48 mobile, and payed for the plan. In the app it says i have free internet and 5k minutes, but in reality, I still dont have either, and it's been a whole day. Help me, what do I do?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

Are there any error messages displayed on the phone?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

What happens when you try to make a call?

Any error messages?

Can you receive calls and send/receive texts?

Are your APN settings configured correctly for mobile data to work?
